Q: Where can I find tracking information for my purchase?

A: Due to a large number of orders, we issue tracking numbers on a request only basis. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

 

Q: Can I get my purchase shipped to me any faster?

A: For some products, we can offer express shipping. Use the Contact Us page to see if this is available in your location.

 

Q: I made a mistake on my order, and need to make a change!

A: No problem! Just send us a mail using our Contact Us page, but please do it within 12 hours of placing your order, because we usually will process orders within 24 hours of receipt.
