If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Pinch Point within 30 days of purchase, you may return the item for 100% store credit.
All returned merchandise must be currently available on The Pinch Point. Items that have been discontinued from our store may not be returned.
All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number accompany the shipment and it must be shipped to the address we provide. Please contact us and we will provide a return address and an RMA number if you qualify for this return policy.
The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of every return package. Please include a printout of your order invoice email and insert it into the package to be returned.
You, the buyer, are responsible for all return/shipment charges.
To prevent abuse of our return guarantee program, we will cap product return refunds at the amount of $500 per customer in any consecutive 12 month period.
Once the returned merchandise is received by our returns department, store credit will be applied to your account for use within 12 months, in the form of a one time use only discount coupon credited with the amount owing to you.
