Shipping

We currently only ship to the United States of America.

If you are outside of this region, please contact us at support@thepinchpoint.com to ask if we will make a special exception.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice and further instructions. If you wish to know a more detailed delivery estimate or the status of your order, please contact us by using our Order Status form and we will then be able to give you a better idea as to how long it may take for your item to arrive at your shipping address.

All orders are processed in the warehouse within 24-48 hours, depending on order volume. We strive to ship out items as quickly as possible to you but please be advised that due to some items being in high demand it may take up to 3-5 weeks for your item to arrive. This duration is a very rare occurrence, however we like to remain upfront and honest with our customers at all times.  Please see the guidelines below to check for details for where you live.

Our awesome products are sent from both the United States of America and China. If your product is from overseas, generally our manufacturer will complete the required customs clearance paperwork on our behalf. To keep costs to a minimum, they will often complete the "Package Value" field with a nominal small dollar amount, of USD $5 or USD $10.  Please do not be concerned about this, as it is standard practice for any overseas delivery.

In the rare instance that you do experience an issue with the delivery of your order, we always encourage you to contact us directly so that we can resolve any issue quickly.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated time of delivery for United States of America orders is generally 12-20* business days.

Estimated time of delivery for worldwide orders is generally 15-25* business days, and is subject to special exception as mentioned above.

* Note: estimated time of delivery may change due to shipping factors such as customs inspection (if applicable), heavy demand on manufacturer, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed for any reason, please reach out to our support team at support@thepinchpoint.com to have someone look into it urgently for you.
