Shipping & Returns Policy
We currently ship to the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and some select countries within the European Union (EU).
If you are outside of these regions, please contact us at email@example.com to ask if we will make a special exception.
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt and further information about your order. If you wish to know a more detailed delivery estimate or the status of your order, please contact us by using our Order Status form and we will then be able to give you a better idea as to how long it may take for your item to arrive at your shipping address.
All orders are processed in our warehouse within 24-48 hours, depending on order volumes. We strive to ship out items as quickly as possible to you but please be advised that due to some items being in high demand it may take up to 3-4 weeks for your item to arrive. This duration is a very rare occurrence, however we like to remain upfront and honest with our customers at all times. Please see the guidelines below to check for details for where you live.
Our awesome products are sent from both the United States of America and China. If your product is from overseas, generally our manufacturer will complete the required customs clearance paperwork on our behalf. To keep costs to a minimum, they will often complete the "Package Value" field with a nominal small dollar amount of USD $10. Please do not be concerned about this, as it is our standard practice for any overseas delivery to minimize costs.
In the rare instance that you do experience an issue with the delivery of your order, we always encourage you to contact us directly so that we can resolve any issue quickly.
Due to high order volume, tracking numbers are available upon request only.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated time of delivery for United States of America orders is generally 12-20* business days.
Estimated time of delivery for orders outside of the USA is generally 15-28* business days, and is subject to special exception as mentioned above.
* Note: estimated time of delivery may change due to shipping factors such as customs inspection (if applicable), heavy demand on manufacturer, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed for any reason, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to have someone look into it urgently for you.

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Pinch Point within 30 days of purchase, you may return the item for 100% store credit.
All returned merchandise must be currently available on The Pinch Point. Items that have been discontinued from our store may not be returned.
All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number accompany the shipment and it must be shipped to the address we provide. Please contact us and we will provide a return address and an RMA number if you qualify for this return policy.
The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of every return package.
You, the buyer, are responsible for all return/shipment charges.
To prevent abuse of our return guarantee program, we will cap product return refunds at the amount of $500 per customer in any consecutive 12 month period.
Once the returned merchandise is received by our returns department, store credit will be applied to your account for use within 3 months, in the form of a one time use only coupon credited with the amount owing to you.
When you order any products or merchandise from The Pinch Point you represent that you are of a legal age to purchase such merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned in the county, state, province, country and/or city of residence.
By offering the merchandise for sale, The Pinch Point does not warrant or represent that any specific purchaser has the legal ability to purchase, own, or possess the merchandise ordered. Please check your local laws before ordering!
When you purchase from The Pinch Point, you agree that you will use the purchased products or merchandise in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, safety rules, and good common sense. You further agree that you will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary and/or required by applicable law to keep any merchandise out of the hands of minors and untrained and/or immature individuals.
When you purchase merchandise from The Pinch Point, you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from owning and using the merchandise and agree to indemnify and hold The Pinch Point and its owning corporation, Rowdy Investing, harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against The Pinch Point or its owning corporation, Rowdy Investing related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the merchandise.
The Pinch Point does its best to accurately represent the merchandise, through photo, price and written copy. We occasionally make mistakes. If such a mistake should occur, your order will be corrected as the situation may dictate.
